DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

Article 1 - Product Availability - Refunds

Except in cases of force majeure or during closure periods of the online store, which will be clearly stated on the website's homepage, the shipping times, subject to stock availability, are as outlined below. Shipping times start from the order registration date mentioned in the order confirmation email. For US deliveries, the delivery duration is 7 days from the day after the order is placed, under the following conditions: The maximum delay is 30 business days after the contract's conclusion. For deliveries outside the US, delivery terms will be specified to the buyer on a case-by-case basis. Should the delivery date or time not be met, the buyer, before ending the contract, should allow the seller a reasonable extra period to fulfill it. If the seller fails after this extended period, the buyer can cancel the contract. This process should be done by email at: contact@daumat.com. If the professional doesn't perform in the meantime, the contract is considered terminated upon the email's receipt. However, the buyer can instantly cancel the contract if the above-mentioned dates or deadlines are essential for them. In such an instance, the seller must refund all sums paid by the buyer within 14 days of contract cancellation. If the ordered product is unavailable, the buyer will be informed at the earliest. The buyer can then choose a product exchange or a refund.

Article 2 - Delivery Terms

Delivery refers to the physical possession or control transfer of goods to the consumer. Products are delivered per the mentioned terms and time. They're delivered to the address the buyer provides; hence, accuracy is essential. Any package returned due to an incorrect address will be resent at the buyer's expense. If absent during delivery, a notice is left for the buyer. If the package is damaged upon delivery, the buyer must note any anomalies and notify the seller.

Article 3 - Delivery Mistakes

Article 4 - Product Warranty

As per the Civil Code, the seller is liable for any hidden defects of the sold product. The buyer must show these defects existed at the sale time and they make the product unfit for its purpose. This warranty must be claimed within two years from when the defect is discovered.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

The buyer has 14 days from delivery to return unsuitable items for an exchange or refund, barring return costs. The withdrawal right can be exercised online using a form on the website.

IMPORTANT: No exchanges or refunds for purchases made with promotions or promo codes, especially during influencer campaigns or certain periods.

Article 6 - Force Majeure

Any uncontrollable events hindering the fulfillment of obligations are considered reasons for freeing parties from those obligations. Both parties will convene to assess the event and decide on contract continuation. If force majeure lasts over three months, these terms can be terminated by the affected party.

These site usage terms are governed by Hong Kong law and are under the jurisdiction of the publisher's location courts, barring specific legal exceptions.
